The Federal and State governments require all water utilities to set up inventories of water service materials comprising 16,000 water lines where they enter homes and businesses by Fall, 2024.
We need you to assist us in building this inventory.

The video shows how to find the water service as it enters your home, determine what material makes up your water line, take a photograph of the water service and submit the picture and a short survey to the utility to help us collect this information.
