Jeffrey A. Lehman P.E. has served as a Board Member since 1994, by virtue of his office as the City Director of Public Works.
A North Tonawanda, New York, native, Lehman graduated from North Tonawanda High School in 1980, and earned an Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Alfred. He obtained his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Rochester, NY. He is currently a licensed Civil Engineer in New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, and is a member of the National Society of Civil Engineers.
Prior to joining the City, Lehman was the Technical Manager at the Chautauqua County Landfill in Ellery, NY, where he was responsible for new cell construction and closure and environmental compliance.
Lehman sits on the Jamestown Planning Commission, is President of the Jamestown Community Improvements Corporation and is a member of the Jamestown Babe Ruth World Series Board of the Directors.
The board member and his wife Marilyn Fiore-Lehman, Corporation Counsel for the City of Jamestown, are the parents of four daughters and one son.
